A commercial partner in the room every week.
For sports-tech founders and operators who need someone who has actually run the plays — working your partnership pipeline, investor outreach, and retail readiness as a standing engagement, not a one-off call.
The shiftMost advisory stops at the call. Weekly work is where deals actually move.
A one-off session
- You get a good hour and a page of notes
- Momentum fades by the following week
- You execute the follow-through alone
- Next problem means starting cold again
A standing advisory seat
- A recurring working session, not a lecture
- Your pipeline reviewed and pushed every week
- Drafts, intros, and next moves between calls
- Context compounds instead of resetting
Ways to work togetherStart with a session. Grow into a seat.
Strategy Session
- One focused problem, worked live
- GTM, investor, partnership or retail lens
- Recap with your next three moves
- Credited toward your first month if you take a seat
Weekly Advisory Seat
- Weekly 45–60 min working session
- Live pipeline & outreach review
- Async access between calls
- Shared deal doc + templated outreach
- Cancel anytime, monthly
Growth Partner
- Everything in the weekly seat
- Outreach-as-a-Service sprints
- Direct pipeline execution, not just advice
- Introductions from the STA network
- Best for a live raise or GTM push
Who you're working withAn operator, not just an advisor.
I'm Sterling Mack, founder of Sports Tech Atlanta. Before advising founders, I sat on the buy side — running national retail-media portfolios and closing enterprise deals — so I've been the operator on the other side of the table you're trying to reach.
That's the difference between a session that sounds smart and one that moves a deal. Every week we work the actual pipeline: who to reach, what to send, and how a brand or investor reads the room before they say yes.

Prep drops Monday
You send the week's live threads and targets. I come in already read up.
The working session
45–60 minutes. We prioritize, decide the moves, and draft the hard sends together.
Between calls
Async on Slack or email — quick gut-checks, intro asks, and edits as things land.
Compounding
Nothing resets. The deal doc carries context forward, so each week starts further ahead.
Before you bookFair questions.
Why a weekly seat instead of just booking sessions when I need them? +
Because pipelines don't move in one-off bursts. The value is in the follow-through — the intro that goes out Thursday, the pricing you rethink after a "no," the investor list that gets sharper each week. A seat keeps the context alive so momentum compounds instead of resetting every time you re-book.
Am I locked in? +
No. Seats bill monthly and you can cancel anytime. Most founders take a Strategy Session first to see the fit, then move onto a seat when the value is obvious.
Is this advice, or will you actually do the work? +
Both, depending on the tier. The Weekly Seat is advisory with drafting support. The Growth Partner tier includes hands-on Outreach-as-a-Service sprints where STA runs the pipeline directly.
Who is this not for? +
If you want a one-time brainstorm with no follow-through, book a single session — the seat would be wasted on you. Seats are for founders and operators actively working a raise, a partnership push, or a retail launch who want a weekly hand on it.
Let's see if a seat is right for you.
A short, no-pitch fit call: you tell me what you're working, I tell you straight whether a weekly seat moves it. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
